Payment Terms for Confirmation :

For the Winter Crash Course at Roger's Institute in Siliguri, paying a basic registration fee alone is generally not enough to fully secure your seat. According to the official Roger's Institute Enrollment Policy, the seat is officially locked in once the absolute total payment is processed:

• Full Remittance Required:
  The institute explicitly states that the complete Course Fee (and Hostel Fee, if you are enrolling as a boarder) must be remitted in full at the time of enrollment to finalize your admission.
• Limited Seats:
  Because crash course seats are heavily demanded by board exam candidates, they operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rules and Regulations of the institute :

1. Damaging, scribbling or defacing benches or any of institute’s property is strictly prohibited. Spilling of food, drinks, or any liquids on the benches, writing, carving, or drawing on benches or walls is not allowed. Any form of defacement will result in strict disciplinary action.
2. Students must show respect to teachers, classmates, and staff. Use polite language and avoid offensive behavior. Listen carefully to the teacher and follow instructions promptly. Pay attention in class and participate actively in discussions and activities.
3. Students must attend classes in proper and neat attire.
4. Students must maintain silence in the class and around the institute premises.
5. Students are expected to enter the class on time. No student will be allowed to enter the class late.
6. Any complaint of indiscipline from teachers or staff, whether inside or outside the classroom will be strictly dealt with.
7. Books, periodicals or any items of an objectionable nature shall not be brought into the institute.
8. In case of withdrawal from any subject or hostel, no refund shall be given.
9. Students must come well-prepared for tests. Poor performance in internal tests or irregular attendance will not be accepted and will be reported to parents without delay.
10. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the classroom unless permitted by a teacher. If found violating, phones will be confiscated immediately without warning and returned only on the last day of the course.
